The service department was prompt to set up my appointment and quick with the installation of the brakes. The day after I heard a strange noise from the wheel well and the service manager took care of the issue quickly and at no additional charge.

The sign outside the Quick Lane service shop says " Pull inside for service". I did that and waited over 10 minutes before anyone came out to my car, even though I could see 4 or 5 people inside at the service desks.

These people have no communication. They were going to put in a used transmission that was covered under warenty. They received the transmission and said they would contact me when they were ready for my car. It took them 3 months to contact me so I took my car in the day the job was going to be done they called saying the seal on the transmission was broken and the warenty won't pay it because it's now expired so I needed to pay an extra 300 dollars for the part and labor.....they had my transmission for 3 months! Was meet at the was a smiling face, had made an appointment to test drive a Maverick. Ethan was great, he listen to me explain what I was looking. He selected two vehicles and we drove them. I feel any pressure and tag teaming. He was upfront with everything. Randall Ford did a great hire in Ethan.
Service department practices are all wrong Untruthful Appointments mean nothing. Communication is not good at all.
Dealership refused to give me tax credit at point of sale. Promised I could get tax credit at tax time but the dealership failed to submit the time of sale to the IRS. The dealership isn’t being very responsive and Jordan in finance has told me every day he is going to call and has not done anything. $100.00 for an oil and filter change.and they can’t even tell me what kind of oil they used.. isn’t rotate tires and didn’t inspect the brakes.then I received a nasty letter from Randall because I was waiting to pay the bill until they finished the job. Recently I received a Recall Notice from Ford Motor Company regarding an issue with the exhaust system on my Ford Edge. While I debated about the best time to attempt to schedule an appointment, RANDALL FORD in Fort Smith called to schedule a visit from their Mobile Service system. They came to my home and performed the recall upgrade within 20 minutes of the Mobile Units arrival. This dealership is so easy to work with. The mobile unit was prompt, fast and very informative. I loved not having to take my car in for an oil change and tire rotation.
The vehicle is running good. The people at the Randell Ford were friendly and heipful.
Brought my truck in for an oil change and got told my battery was in the red, brake fluid needed changing, and coolant needed a flush. Tested battery later tested all green. Had Ford replace brake fluid and coolant. Coolant was not properly filled and they did come fill it afterwards. Was informed of an oil leak after the other services had been done. No oil leak was found and no leaks have happened weeks later. Most of the recommended services were not needed or warranted. Had a wonderful experience with Randall Ford of Fort Smith! I had two separate visits each with a diagnosis within 72 hours, an engine replaced in under 3 weeks, and had a new started out in within a weekend! I highly reckoned service with Ricky!
I was sold the wrong truck I asked to be shown v8 and was sold a v6 not happy
Friendly, but not the place to get a oil change without a appointment. Most of the time getting service is weeks to a month to get in for any major work. Expect prices at Ford to be higher than everyone else. I didn't know my transmission is sealed. So my mechanic said only Ford is allowed to do work on the transmission . Plus my GPS doesn't update itself. So I have to have Ford do it , over 200.00. Out of my budget, so I use my phone GPS. If your a female, do your research .

Bait and switch. I was told one price and charged another. Also, they did not fix issue I asked them to address.

Does not offer a wait option for service. Took my vehicle in for a recall notice and was informed, after the inspection, that they would have to order the components. After the parts came in, I was notified and made the appointment to have them installed. On the day of the appointment the service department informed me that they had no record of my vehicle having been there previously and I will have to have it inspected again despite showing the text notifications sent from them.
I’m a happy 48 year customer. Dave Hardwick has been my service rep for more than half that time. He does great. Also, Randale, my technician was very thorough.

Ricky Huerta got my vehicle in immediately when I was stranded during my travels accross country. My F450 has some electrical issues and he quickly figured out what was needed and reprogrammed my truck and saved my trip. The good folks at Randall scheduled my truck for service at my home expediently. The van showed up the following day and the two man crew rotated my tires, changed the oil, checked the batteries and fluids, brakes, etc. Overall, excellent service and didn’t break the bank. Very convenient!

My first time here. Needed trans service which is lengthy. Live 30 miles away, single, so had to wait. Rep coordinated everything perfectly. Am now permanent customer.

Randall was very speedy on their oil change and they changed my windshield wiper blades without me asking. I was very pleased with my service.
Setting up appointment took way to long for a recall. Then information given about how long it would take was very misleading. Was told could take up to one day to several. So made plans to be without vehicle. The whole job start to finish took less than 2 hrs I could have waited on my vehicle instead of driving 70 miles extra plus a friends time. It was a recall they should know how long it takes, it wasnt like they had to figure out what was wrong.
They checked my vehicle thoroughly and took note of all my concerns and fixed them.
They have a great team and are easy to work with. I have used them for several years and have not had any problems. They have a nice waiting area or a shuttle available.
Great experience! We worked with Rocky. He lives close to us, so he drove the truck to our house after work. We feel in love with it and worked out a deal on trading in our jeep. Kinda took a bath on the jeep but we sold the motorhome and no longer needed it. Thank you Randall Ford.

Have only been here for service. Service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try to oversell or "talk me into" something I don't need.
Service performed wasn’t a problem. The service department is extremely difficult to contact by phone. In fact, it’s almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone.
Great customer service from start to finish. Was able to be competitive with APR financing so was able to do a one stop shop transaction.
