Bought a 2011 Cadillac CTS from them in July, 2021 and the very next day a check-engine light came on. After back-and-forth with the salesman and service manager (the salesman who sold me the car will go to bat for you here) they looked at it and it was found to be a bad catalytic converter. They picked my Expedition up for service and detail. The service advisor communicated with me the suggestions for service and priced everything out before proceeding. When the car was delivered I was very pleased with the detailing. Though it is several years old, it looked like a new car. Also, they sanitized the interior with a black light treatment, I was not expecting this but appreciated it.
